It has been an interesting start to July here at the mission. There has been plenty of activity in and outside of the building. Our 3rd floor is progressing along with getting closer to being utilized again (more to come on that), but, as you can see from the pictures the most noticeable is the outside. Phase 1 is underway for repairs and painting on the building that was built in the late 1800’s. On behalf of the UCAN City Mission staff, Board, and guests we would like to thank the City of Jamestown and the Jamestown Renaissance for helping to provide the funding to cover the cost of such an extensive project. The importance of this project being completed will help impact the lives of men for many more years to come. We also want to thank the Post Journal for use of their parking lot. Stay tuned as news articles and updates will be posted on the progress.
